Phenolic cotton cloth laminated sheet (insulation sheet, industry laminate sheet, phenolic cloth sheet) are made of cotton cloth impregnated phenolic resin by processing under heat and pressure. Phenolic cloth sheet can be processed into all kinds of insulation parts like structural parts for electrical equipments, available in transformer oil.


Phenolic paper laminated sheet has very good mechanical behavior and very economical. When heat and pressure are applied to the layers, a chemical reaction (polymerization) transforms the layers into a high-pressure sheet.


It is widely used for the electrical motors as important insulation parts and we can use in transformer oil.
